Poem 03 Fascinator Hat

The cocktail fascinator hat in soft pearl grey felt is wrapped with vintage floral veil and embellished with feathers and a lucent crystals brooch. It stays gently on top of the head descending delicately to the side. In the back there is an elastic band which goes under your hair to secure the hat to your head, if needed.
